Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We want customers to love their Lunova Lux experience.

Due to the personal nature of beauty and nail products, returns may only be accepted for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Original packaging included
  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used beauty products
  • Opened press-on nail sets
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Lunova Lux actively monitors transactions for fraud and abuse.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks so we can resolve issues directly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated and reported.
